Account and Data Deletion

If you have a Books of Tiles account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing contact@ethernal.ca from the email address linked to your account.

Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize account data unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legitimate business reasons.

If an in-app deletion option is available, you may also request account deletion directly inside the app.

For store consoles (e.g. Google Play), you may provide this page’s public URL when hosted at your domain, for example https://ethernal.ca/accountdeletion.html.
